We know that online shopping can be hard, we hope you love your items as much as we do, but just in case it does not work out for any reason, please see our requirements and procedures below.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. At this time we only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please allow 4-7 business days for return processing.
Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credit does not expire.
Damages and issues
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the damaged item so we can resolve any issues. Please email us at email@example.com and we will correct this right away!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, hats, swim, and sale merchandise are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned for refund. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we do not offer online exchanges due to the small quantities of each collection. If you wish to order a different size, please place a new order, and follow our return policy for steps to return your original purchase.
To Initiate a Return
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the name on your order and your order number. Both can be found on your original invoice, as well as the packing slip included in your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-8 business days of the delivery of your return.
